Established in 2019 with family roots dating back to 1987, ASH Gastropub brings chef-driven American cuisine, handcrafted cocktails, and genuine hospitality to Chicago's Southwest Side. Founded by Culinary Institute of America graduate Anthony Solofra, ASH combines elevated dining with the warmth of an independently owned neighborhood restaurant. Located just minutes from Midway Airport, we're a destination for memorable dinners, business gatherings, and private celebrations. Our passion for exceptional food extends beyond the restaurant with Fire, Lime & ASH, our food truck bringing the ASH experience to events throughout the Chicago area.
